Request deletion of CreatorBoard data

How to request deletion

To request deletion of data associated with CreatorBoard, email nick@raxdigital.com with the subject line “CreatorBoard data deletion request.”

Please include the Instagram username, business name, and email address connected to the request so we can verify the account and locate the relevant data.

What we delete

After verification, we will delete or de-identify data controlled by CreatorBoard, which may include:

• Connected Instagram account records and authorization details.
• Creator conversation records imported into CreatorBoard.
• Creator partnership records, task notes, payment tracking notes, and operational status fields.
• Team account data that is no longer needed to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained if required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup integrity, but it will no longer be used for active service operation.

Disconnecting platform access

You can also remove CreatorBoard’s access from your Meta or Instagram account settings. Disconnecting platform access stops future access, but you should still email us if you want previously stored CreatorBoard data deleted.
