Use of CreatorBoard
CreatorBoard is provided to help teams manage creator partnerships, creator communications, and creator ad operations. You may use CreatorBoard only in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, and these terms.
Connected accounts
If you connect Instagram, Meta, Google, Shopify, ad platform, or other third-party accounts, you confirm that you have authority to connect those accounts and authorize CreatorBoard to process the data needed to provide the service.
Customer data
You are responsible for the data you import, sync, upload, or enter into CreatorBoard, including creator records, messages, payment notes, ad instructions, and performance data. You are also responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required to process that data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use CreatorBoard to:
- Violate laws, platform policies, or third-party rights.
- Send spam, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful messages.
- Access accounts or data without authorization.
- Interfere with or attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service.
Third-party services
CreatorBoard may integrate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, changes, outages, or data practices.
No warranties
CreatorBoard is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
