Overview
CreatorBoard helps ecommerce teams manage creator partnerships, creator ad operations, and related messages, tasks, files, and performance notes. This policy explains what information CreatorBoard may process and how it is used.
Information we may collect
Depending on how a team connects and uses CreatorBoard, we may process:
- Account information such as name, email address, team name, and role.
- Creator profile information such as names, usernames, handles, shipping details, payment notes, and partnership status.
- Instagram professional account information that a connected account authorizes us to access, including message conversations needed to manage creator communications.
- Operational data such as task status, owner, next step, ad instructions, uploaded asset links, spend notes, and performance metrics.
- Technical data such as browser, device, log, and security information used to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve CreatorBoard, including to:
- Display creator conversations, creator records, and next steps to authorized team members.
- Help teams assign work, track status, coordinate payments, and manage creator ad workflows.
- Connect authorized services such as Instagram, Meta, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Shopify, or ad platforms when a team chooses to use those integrations.
- Debug, secure, and maintain the service.
- Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, analyze, or support CreatorBoard. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with the direction or consent of the connected account owner.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Teams may request deletion of connected account data as described on our data deletion page.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can disconnect app access through the relevant platform account settings, including Meta or Instagram account settings. You can also request deletion or ask privacy questions by emailing nick@raxdigital.com.
